Everything you need to know
Essential info on travel, tickets, app & more.
Coming from the east, we recommend traveling by train — sustainable and relaxed. A beautiful walk leads from Blankenburg (Harz) train station approximately 20 minutes on foot to the castle. There will be no event shuttle.
For car drivers: There are only limited parking spaces directly at the castle, so it is best to use hotels and public parking spaces nearby.
The Future Forest Forum uses an Event App, which offers many features. Ticket holders will get access to the App two weeks before the event. Use the app to:
- Create a personalized program
- Register to workshops, excursions & roundtables
- Receive the latest news during the forum
- Access a networking application for finding and meeting the right participants
- Access the event site via app-based check-in
- give live feedback during sessions

Use the app to register for excursions, workshops and round tables. Some formats are open, others work with fixed lists of participants. You will get access to the App two weeks before the event.
