Essential info on travel, tickets, app & more.

📍 Travel & mobility

Coming from the east, we recommend traveling by train — sustainable and relaxed. A beautiful walk leads from Blankenburg (Harz) train station approximately 20 minutes on foot to the castle. There will be no event shuttle.
For car drivers: There are only limited parking spaces directly at the castle, so it is best to use hotels and public parking spaces nearby.

📱 Technology & app

The Future Forest Forum uses an Event App, which offers many features. Ticket holders will get access to the App two weeks before the event. Use the app to:
- Create a personalized program
- Register
to workshops, excursions & roundtables
- Receive the latest news during the forum
- Access a networking application for finding and meeting the right participants
- Access the event site via app-based check-in
- give live feedback during sessions
- ...

🧳 Registration for workshops & excursions

Use the app to register for excursions, workshops and round tables. Some formats are open, others work with fixed lists of participants. You will get access to the App two weeks before the event.

🧭 Login & registration

Registration opens on Friday, 5th of September, 09:15 AM, in the castle courtyard (Großes Schloss). Please have your app and/or ticket ready for digital check-in.

📸 General & miscellaneous

WiFi is available on site. Please note: If there are many concurrent users, there may be speed restrictions.

Photo and video recordings will be taken during the event. By purchasing the ticket, you agree to this — if you have any questions about this, just contact us.

Dress code? Dress as you feel comfortable or would dress for work 🙂 Some of the forum takes place outside — so consider outdoor-appropriate clothes.

Dogs are welcome at the Future Forest Forum!
Please make sure that your dog is on a leash and feels comfortable.
